Getting Started

Step 1 - Free phone consultation

Request a call back and we’ll talk you through everything. We’ll ask a few simple questions about your home – the size of the property, whether you have an attic tank, number of bathrooms and plumbing configuration. There’s no obligation and the call takes around 10 minutes.

Step 2 - We come to you

One of our trained installers visits your home at a time that suits you.

We place sensors in the areas most likely to leak:

  • Under kitchen and bathroom sinks
  • Around your washing machine and dishwasher
  • Near your hot water cylinder
  • In the attic, if you have a water storage tank

Step 3 - You're connected

Once installed, your Leak Watch system is connected to your home WiFi – no separate hub required. We’ll walk you through the app before we leave. If you’re not comfortable with smartphones, text alerts work just as well.

How the system works day to day

It Monitors Constantly

Sensors check for moisture around your home's most vulnerable areas, while the smart valve monitors your water flow for anything unusual. If water is detected where it shouldn't be, the system responds immediately.

It Alerts You Instantly

You'll receive a text message and/or an app notification the moment a potential leak is detected — whether you're in the kitchen or on the other side of the world.

It Acts - Automatically

If a leak is detected, the smart valve can automatically shut off your water supply to prevent further damage. You stay in control — you can also turn your water on or off remotely from your phone at any time.

How it works

Sensors are placed at the most likely leak points – typically under kitchen and bathroom sinks, beside the washing machine, at the boiler, and any other vulnerable areas identified during the assessment.

You’ll receive an alert on your smartphone, and an SMS text. If you have family members set up on the account they can receive alerts too.

Contact us to discuss options. We want to make sure every customer can receive alerts in a way that works for them.

Yes, the system can be set to automatically shut off your water supply the moment a leak is detected, minimising damage before you’ve seen the alert.

A false alarm may occur, for example, you are using a powerwasher and the system identifies higher than normal usage. You can cancel the alert, and, if automatic shutoff was triggered, restore your water supply easily through the app or manually using the switch on the valve.

Cost & Pricing

Peace of Mind
